France shows us that it is possible to create a minimal modern prefab house that can be used as a pool house, veranda, perhaps even as a green house. The French company Veranda Rideau launches a new design product : Icône, a mimimal modernist flat roof veranda. Recently created by Veranda Rideau, Icône characterized by frank and fluid lines which give elegance, style and luminosity. Really flat in appearance, the roof combines a slight slope to a metal section in the front. Its modern and angular shape is one of its main assets because of its ability to fit to different kinds of houses : architect or low rise housing. Its modern and angular shape is one of its main assets because of its ability to fit to different kinds of houses : architect or low rise housing. The new product Icône stands out with its contemporary design and multiple possibilities in terms of wall structure. Icône is a flat roof veranda which corresponds to any kind of frame of building. Its rupture with cold bridge aluminium structure and its roof benefits from the best thermal coefficient existing for an optimal insulation (R=5,1). To satisfy with those who want to confer a more housing aspect to their veranda,Icône exists with timber frame integrating rockwool of 100 mm.

For an optimum solar control, the veranda can be adorned with solar shading made of aluminium blades giving brightness or intimity to the veranda. More than just an embellishment, it can be a real “plus” as far as airing/ ventilation is concerned. For personalization, Icône can have a light well of different shapes : pyramidal, 2 or 4 slopes.

To fit with all kind of backgrounds, Veranda Rideau proposes a large choice of aluminium colours which allows infinite projects. You just need to design your new living space and once more, you can imagine : stretch ceiling, with integrated spot lights, floating floor, stylish coating, everything is possible to customize your new home interior.
