Smiling Lemon Shark

This smiling Lemon Shark won the 'best picture' award.
It was recently selected from more than 20,000 photos as winner of the Oceans division of the international Nature's Best Photography 2008 Windland Smith Rice Awards.

It captures an extraordinary moment when a big smiling Bahama Lemon Shark gazes into the lens.

Photographed by Bruce Yates who runs a investment management firm.
Mr. Yates will gladly admit that photography is his biggest passion.

The picture is titled 'Cheshire Cat Grin'.
